Description
As "future" Opus musters the courage to tell his wife Lola that he needs his freedom, he discovered she has beaten him to the punch and has left him for a rocket mechanic! The classic final panel shows Opus and some of his 23 tube-grown kids whom he is now responsible for raising! Great stuff from Breathed who likely was going through nuptial issues at the time he produced this sequence. Once again, my gratitude goes out to Paul Handler for trading this one to me!
