Frontispiece is just a fancy way of saying inside front cover.

Although the piece is signed as Nasser / Adams and the GCD credits Mike and Neal, this looks like it is all Mike. This was fairly early in Mike's comics career, I'm just going to say that maybe NA provided inspiration or layouts and Mike gave credit to NA.

The Additional Image shows some of the intricacies of the lettering / background.

White Tiger was created by Bill Mantlo and George Perez.

wow, some amazing hatching and pencil linework on this inside front cover! the additional imagery/detail within the White Tiger logo is really cool also. great piece!
