Description

Death of Superman was an event that spilled to the real world. No one could believe the Man of Steel could die until he did. I got my hands on this dps from the first chapter. I call it Superman's last mission before his epic death. Supes needs to put the Underworlders back in their place to end their shenanigans while Doomsday introduces himself to the world. Even if neither Superman nor Doomsday appear on here, Jon Bogdanove and Dennis Janke painted and awesome end to end double page splash to show a wothy challenge for the last son of Krypton. The way Jon draws monsters is just a preview of the Doomsday that is now upon Metropolis.

Thank you Jon and Dennis!!!

This is a splash I remember well from the storyline as it reminded me of a Kirby page with crazy machinery.
