Description

Great action sequence from the story: "Hail Emporer Penguin!". The Penguin kidnaps King Peeble IV of Swawak, a 12-year-old boy, in order to demand a large sum of money from the emperor's kingdom. Another caper featuring the cape. In this case it's Robin's cape.

This is cool as part of a 100 page giant issue where Robin gets the spotlight!  They were in the middle of reinventing Batman and Robin to more dark roots, so these pages often felt like they were for bigger stakes.
