Clementine Book Two page 44

Though I'm not really a big Walking Dead reader, I did enjoy "Clementine" by Tillie Walden, which is set in the Walking Dead universe and continues the story of the titular character originally introduced in the Telltale Games Walking Dead video game series.

This page, from the second book in the series, sees Clementine exploring the seemingly idyllic Magdalen Island for the first time after waking from a prolonged illness. I was particularly drawn to the gorgeously evocative and serene imagery on the page, which sharply contrasts with gruesome scenes one generally comes to expect from the Walking Dead.
