You see this, but you also feel this!
Right up your alley Felix! And of course Dan nailed the final battle. So instantly recognizable. My mom took me and my buddy to this movie when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. We just showed up and I chose Aliens cuz it sounded cool and she was clueless about movies. I ended up hiding behind the seat and watching the movie from the reflection of the projector in the back. Was traumatized for a while. Lmao.
Wow, such an energetic rendition of the famous scene!
I've just closed my eyes again
Climbed aboard the Queen Weaver space
Driver, take away my worries of today
And leave Sulaco behind
Ooh, Queen Weaver
I believe you can get me June / July
Ooh, Queen Weaver
I believe we can reach the morning light
Fly me high through the starry skies
Maybe to an Daniel plane
Cross the line weights of fantasy
Help me to forget today's pain
Ooh, Queen Weaver
I believe Newt can get me through the fight
Ooh, Queen Weaver
I believe we can reach the morning light
Quite intense!
DWJ really nailed the emotions. Excellent!
Wall Powers activate!
Awesome DWJ! I thought today was June 19th not July 19th but I guess there's nothing wrong with being a month early lol. I knew your 40th anniversary ALIENS piece wouldn't dissapoint - sick!
His style is recognizable, in a very good way, no matter the subject. Also haven't seen this one in quite a while. It's time to revisit it.
Intense and so much fun! Love the frenetic composition and range of textures
Wow this is amazing. Such an awesome scene depicted by one of the best artist in comics from one of the best movies ever made!
amazing piece of work here felix, captures the feel of the scene, man i tell ya, seeing this in theaters 4 times, was a fun time, it was all we did every weekend was watch movies, secret was, the back door to one of the screens had a small rusted hole, and we used a screwdriver, to pull the door open to get in, or, when a movie let out, we went in,lol, couldnt afford tickets every week
