Morlun returns! I’ve liked this character since his first appearance in the initial arc of the Straczynski/Romita Jr Amazing Spider-Man run and was pleasantly surprised to see him return in the pages of BP.

Splashy full figure shot with the smoke surrounding…dramatic return indeed, cutting an imposing figure! I dig how the smoke is kinda rising from outside the page. And classic inker Paul Neary definitely accentuates with those organic inks! To no surprise, Morlun’s got an appetite straight away, and his resurrectors got a suggestion, switching out spider for panther :)

Just need to get a nice example from that initial ASM arc and I’ll be set on the Morlun front!

Outstanding! Killer Black Panther page that brings back a totally reprehensible villain. Lashley and Neary knocked this one out of the park!
