I'm not 100% sure which card set this came from. I don't think it was the "Cosmic Cards" series so it must have been the one that followed.

Rex can change into any element found inside the human body, right? Did they ever explain why he doesn't just change his surface to SKIN? But he never did. It's easier for him to turn into a frying pan or a fart, but he can't add skin?!?!?!?
