Description
Violet Moore Higgins (1886-1967) was one of the most prolific and best illustrators of children's stories during the early part of the 20th Century. I have no idea what this was for, but I think the setting suggests Cinderella.


In her later years, Higgins was a contributor to the long-lived (about 500 issues, 1946-1972) and mostly forgotten comic, "Treasure Chest of Fun and Fact."
