Description
This was a spec piece of comic art for 'TV Comic' c.1975 by illustrator Andrew Skilleter. He originally drew it when Gerry Haylock was on the strip, and the art features the original masthead in Haylock's style. One emulating the updated version by Martin Asbury has been pasted on over it.

Never beat Gerry Haylock art no wonder it was unused.

Interesting, but I think it's fair to say that Andrew's attempt (here) at strip-illustration is not very good.
