Well, this is the final piece of artwork that I purchased directly from Steve on my only day at SuperCon 2008 and I can�t tell you all how lucky I felt in being able to snag it. This is the cover art for the upcoming THE BOMB trade paperback. I believe it�s going to be solicited in Diamond�s Previews starting next month, but I will check with Steve to be sure. In any case, I hope you will all run down to your local shop and reserve a copy or two (or three, or four).

Again, more sexy fun from the talented Mr. Mannion, as you can see in this gorgeous cover featuring one of his uber hot creations Fearless Dawn. Would�ve been great to have Helga somewhere on the cover also (especially since I don�t yet have a Helga piece from Steve), but Dawn certainly has more than enough �charm� to drive up the drool meter on her own!

Anyway, I was just recalling one of the conversations I had with Steve at the show and he was telling me how much fun he was having with these characters and how addicted he was to drawing them. No matter how tired he is or whatever kind of mood he�s in, he just can�t stop, and I really think that passion comes through in his art. Which I guess is why I�M addicted to them as a collector! LOL

So thanks Steve! Thanks for sharing your passion and making your addiction contagious! I am definitely hooked!

One of my favorite Mannion pieces. Still can't figure out what's going on but... what a fun ride to be on !!! Can't wait to see The Bomb collected in one handy volume.
