DescriptionThis idea sprung from the thought that no one reveled in his conquests and his headlines and taking down his enemies (on the front page) than J. Jonah Jameson. With much thanks to Jeff Jaworski for setting this up Keith really took to this idea in a big way. The pencils to this piece are detailed to the last pencil on his desk. It is amazing. I had a good friend and comic pro, John Stangeland, do the lettering, and Joe Rubinstein inked the hell outta this thing. Many thanks to both of them for their superior efforts. The headlines are all of JJJ greatest hits, exposing, or so he thinks, all the "bad guys" in the marvel universe. Spiderman the Menace, Spider-Woman who was a Hydra spy, Luke Cage convicted drug dealer, Namor (discovered by JJJ during his cub reporter days in the 40's) is an "Invader", Kingpin the mobster, Punisher the Murderer, Human Torch (again back to JJJ cub reporter days) found to be a robot, and Scorpion a mutant (even though JJJ is responsible for his mutation). JJJ demonstates the look of calm satisfaction that can only be found in the truly delusional. Social/Sharing |

This is a very original and fun variation on your theme! Great idea to have Keith Pollard draw this, as it reminds me of the pin-up pages Keith did in the back of Spider-Man annuals around 1980. It looks great, congrats!
