Description
John has been toying around with the way he draws the Batman recently. He has gone with a sleek, shiny cape, which makes for some very stary images. I've always wanted a Batman by John in landscape, and so this commission request was born. The cape work is brilliant.

Byrne churned out yet another iconic piece for you, Ari. I, too, really like the dynamics of the cape and Byrne's clean, confident inking. Very, very sharp, sir.

Really, really, really cool!!!11one I really like how the cape wraps around the corner of the ledge. Little details like this really make the piece "special" IMO. Did I say "really" enough? :-]

Stellar! I can only afford 1 Byrne and it's just a comic page nothing as fantastic as this! I do like that I can always check your gallery and dream a little dream though. :)

Wow...this might be the best character pose piece Byrne has done. I don't say that lightly. The cape is perfect. Incredible use of the space and there is just so MUCH to look at even though it's "just" Batman with a hint of stone ledge. Great, great piece!
