Description

This is the pride & joy of my collection! The scan does not do it justice. It is a pencil sketch on vellum, and I bought it off e-bay from the Dick Sprang estate. I met Dick in 1997 when I was a volunteer at a comic con in St. Louis. (One of the few). I picked Dick, his wife, and his agent up at the airport. It was great to spend an hour of one-on-one time with a golden age legend. At that time I did not have the finances to get original art, and was glad to get this piece!
