Sadly the author Robert Asprin died recently but his Myth series have been giving me (and thousands of others) enormous pleasure for many years - this is the cover of the first of the series and I remember that the cover sold me the book before reading the words - in addition to the main characters it includes my favorite sub-character the blonde Tananda - I am still in love with her
