Description
like most folks i have enjoyed johns work for sometime. my favorite stuff probably being his action comics and early superman issues. i think i received this last jan and honestly it was one of the smoothest commissions i have ever been a part of. item was finished when i was told it would be, didnt have to pay in advance, once finished i received a scan, paid and had it a week later. all very professional indeed. thanks to jim and john for being willing to add this one to the list for sure. not sure but i think john used the old 1963 aurora model as reference. when i asked i was told "a plastic model around the studio" but that is what it looks like to me (could be wrong though).

Very nice Matt! Love the detail, the crazed look in the eyes, and the underwater signature! Congrats!

Immensely cool! Not only superbly executed in such fine detail, but it's brilliant to see a top artist's rendition of a character not usually associated with him! Nicely done!
