Finally picked up my first David Finch cover at SDCC 2009. This cover really spoke to me...What asian boy doesn't want to be a Dragon Prince? When I saw this cover months ago, I really loved the intensity and real madness of its detail !!! Dave said he worked on this cover while he was on vacation, so he spent a lot of time on it using a variety of media....the texture of the dragon is so amazing...very David. This cover is even more amazing up close and it was great to talk with Dave, Meredith, and see the newest addition to the Finch family who has grown since I saw him at NYCC this year....Thanks again Dave and Meredith--I am a very proud member of the David Finch Cover Club !!!
