DescriptionFINALLY, ANOTHER HOMAGE SWIMSUIT PIECE! Man, these are hard to find and acquire, but this makes 2 now for me. The '93 Homage Swimsuit Special was the first one Image did, and Homage/Wildstorm was my favorite branch of Image. This one was penciled and inked by Scott Williams and is a great piece with Zealot. This was actually the piece that I was looking at when I was flipping through the issue and realized that Scott could draw too, and was more than just an inker for all the other Homage Studios guys. (Jim Lee, Whilce Portacio, & Marc Silvestri) Scott inked most of the pinups from this Swimsuit Special, but only drew a couple himself, so I'm very happy that he still had these! And Zealot has always been a fav of mine!When we talked at SDCC '09, he told me he still had some but it wasn't until months later that he was able to get me scans and dig them all out. But it was all worth it because I bought all that he had available;) Social/Sharing |
