Delicious! But with his Flagg stuff, is the fading only going to get worse?

No, because it hasn't faded a bit in the 15-20 years I've owned it. I think you're confusing shading on Craftint (duo shade) board as fading. It also doesn't show sings of bleeding, not bad for a 25+ years old piece of art.
