I really enjoyed reading these old DC stories and Nick cardy pencils and inks are part of these memories.

This specific issue was particularly cool and funny, with the discotheque under the sea.

Come on, Aqualad and Aquagirl house dancers... and Aquagirl in her first appearance issue, just a great great page and what our hobby is all about!!

You know, I've looked at this one several times now, and every time it makes me smile. Even more than that wonderful layout and superb style that Cardy employed here, this page has got all the hallmarks of that special part of the Silver Age DC universe overseen by Bob Haney. If I were to try and frame him in a modern context, I would say that he was the Grant Morrison of his era and that anything and everything that could happen in a comic book often did; with strangely entertaining results.

Could be a Teen Titans page. Just beautiful. I just can't understand why this page doesn't have more views and comments. It is a minor masterpiece in and of itself.

This is why I love DC Silver Age Comics! Zany ideas, hip lingo, cool layouts and hot chicks! The fact that its by Nick Cardy makes it even better. Great page, congrats.
