Description
Actress and the ?? Unimaginable detail and intricacy exists in this amazing Editions Deesse portfolio Plate 1 from 1985. You have to dissect the work into parts with your eyes to take it in. Impossible to reproduce due to the finest of linework I have ever seen. It is a treasure to behold! One of these days I will post some juicy close ups for you... (Brian, thank you for parting with this & thanks Cheeky J for making it happen)

You're welcome Tom, long may you enjoy it. One of Brian's most intricately detailed pieces and that's saying something.

11 years after you posted this piece, I realize how many times I have visited it and never left a comment. A masterful example from an artist without parallel.

Stumbled upon this beauty today so impeccably drawn and so weird seems like the perfect Bolland example - leaves you marveling at his ability, yet bewildered at the subject matter. Quirky cool! CONGRATS!!!

They only look miserable because they have not spotted her yet. That's one of the problems with a thousand yard stare.
