Description

A good example of Steranko's design. The upper right corner knocks me out, with the guy falling off the skull and the Shadow's shadow as a cityscape. And sweetly inked by Dave Stevens - what a combo!

One of the nicest Steranko pieces on CAF, love Jim's rendition of the Shadow, and DAVE STEVENS !!!!! What an inker to embellish this piece !!!!!

Absolutely stunning piece!! The bottom half of this art, the two depictions of The Shadow, were used by Steranko on The Shadow Secret Society Envelope. There are very subtle differences from Stevens' inks. Congratulations!!

The pencilled Steranko original was printed in Comixscene #1, back in 1972.

WOW! What an amazing piece by the legend Steranko! I love the Shadow and his use of shadows, the montage of images and balance overall. Just amazing.
