Description

Not a lot of people know that I'm a Red Sonja fan. I've adored many pieces here on CAF and am proud to add my own contribution to the 'She-Devil with a Sword' fan club with this beauty.

Now, I know that she's not in 'warrior mode' but that was what attracted me to it. I truly love everything about this- Claudio captured everything perfectly. Her posture, the twist of her body in conjunction with the stance of her horse, the expression on her face.. all the details in the background hinting at a town without taking away from Red's arrival.

Bee-u-tee-ful!!!!

Thanks so much. :) I know it isn't what most people would consider a typical Red Sonja but I just fell in love with this version of her. She looks like a beautiful Goddess.

Very Nice Holly! Claudio's women are always Beautiful and this one has the bonus of Sonja on horseback which I have not noticed him do before.

It almost has a Lady Godiva feel, doesn't it? It may not be what people expect to see when looking for a Red Sonja piece but that's what I like most about it. Now you see why I've been wanting you to see it. lol :)
