Description
My favorite comic of all time in all of its cosmic goodness (and it is the page before the other page I have). Luckily I sold a big piece on timed payments and the final payment is arriving to defry the cost. It is all in the timing. : )
Changing this to all Jim Starlin as I trust the source and his eye

Well then glad I didn't push the bidding any higher on this page...although I would have prefered to win it. Congrats on another great page!

Awesome piece showcasing the 6 Soul/Infinity Gems. The Warlock/Thanos saga is easily one of the greatest comic story lines I have ever read. I heard a lot of ravings over the Captain Marvel/Thanos Saga but Starlin hadn't hit his stride yet. The story wasn't nearly as good as the wrap up in Warlock and he had not yet to hit his artistic stride and in Warlock he polished off Thanos' look as we now know him today. I was blown away by his art from the very first few pages in his first Warlock story. Perhaps unfair as I read Captain Marvel in TPB format where the coloring and paper stock probably don't let his art shine as well, while I read every issue of the Warlock run in its original issues. I'm going to have to take the time to reread the saga as it's been a few years.

Mesmerizing shots of Thanos all along. Those recap pages were true gems back then. Congrats!

I'm virtually positive.  Starlin inked about 15 or so pages from AA#7, both covers, and the stone Thanos from 2-in-1.  Rubinstein was impressed I was able to identify the stone Thanos.

Soul gems - always a great story but they really made hay with them in the MCU - such a great two parter!
