V for Vendetta #10 pages 13 & 14 Original Art - Evey contemplates removing V's mask

DescriptionWho is beneath? Is it the downtrodden? Gordon? Her father? One of my favorite sequences from the series. Thanks to the owner for parting with it. A couple stats are used on the page for story purposes I've got them pictured below in pink), but each stat panel has original art on it. Beautiful pencils, inks, and shading by Lloyd on large art board, with word balloons lovingly still in place. Thanks to everybody who helped in the search!I missed out on one of these pages just prior to the movie coming out. I still remember the auction, I just didn't have enough money, but it's a sweet memory from my first year of marriage and the crummy apartment we had and my wife being supportive and lovingly putting up with my nerdy comic habit. Thanks to my wife for helping pick the pages out from the available pages as well; it makes it all the sweeter. :) Social/Sharing |

Oh wow. Oh wow. ~Oh woooow...what an amazing sequence to have! This is a real piece of graphic storytelling history, Keith! So nice to read about your supportive wife, too! We all need one like that! :) Just tell her these two pages are your pension!
