Description

This is an early Ozark ike Sunday, from the regular sequence of full size Sundays following ca 25 "Whodunit" Sundays he wrote and drew in 1947/48. Does anybody know what date the first "real" Ozark Ike Sunday was published? I have seen published examples from as far back as September 1948 but they are rare.

Ah -- an "old friend!" I spent much time studying the line work in this one when it hung on the wall of a previous owner's home. I love it when I stumble across pieces like this that I know so well....
