DescriptionI don't know if he was influenced by by Gene Colon or not, but this specific page just drips with similarities to me. The sweeping and fluid motion between the sceens is brilliant. I wasn't a reader of any of the Jemm stories in the '80s so I was struck by the similarities of the two characters in this story/page,,,I don't know if that was intentional or not but it sure is a visually great page. And I loved the series back when it coming out because of the writing (Ostrander) and art (Mandrake).It really balanced well between the detective aspect and the superhero skills of J'onn.Social/Sharing |

Truly great one ! Such a wonderful and very underrated series... Good to see I'm not alone in liking it so much ! Congrats on yet another fine addition to your fantastic collection !
