Description
I've always loved the montage-style commissions and pages - they have the benefits of the huge, sprawling art that characterizes splash pages, all the while telling a great story. Paul Pelletier's Hulk screams power and rage while he maps out the dynamic past and present relationship he shares with Betty.

I, for one, am sad that Pelletier is no longer on the Hulk books. Great run from a future Hall-of-Fame Hulk artist! Image borrowed from Randy M. at MightyNib. I can't seem to piece together a DPS scan for the life of me. Thanks again, Randy!

Mr. P really flexing his Hulk-drawing muscles here. This DPS is fantastic –love the proportions and musculature that Paul brings to the table when he draws the Hulk and is it ever on display here. I cannot believe I have not posted a comment before now. This was a page I considered before ultimately landing on the splash in my gallery –I would have been ecstatic with this one just as much as the one I have. Congrats TC –another homerun in your top notch collection!

Fantastic piece! Of course it was done by a fellow Paul, so how could it not be awesome? ;^)

This is a good reminder that I need to reread Paul's run. This is an unforgettable double splash, that I have somehow not remembered. ;)

Congrats! Loved accidently stumbling across this, this morning!

Thanks Fred! And same here, I really should dig out my books and reread Paul's run as well. This DPS was actually the inspriation for my "Banner's Song" commission request from Paul - he really is a master of the collage-style storytelling layout around a big splashy image. Definitely one of my prized pieces.
