Dave is a fellow Legion fan, and therefore good people. He has drawn almost every single Legionnaire at some point, and when I saw this one he did of Cosmic Boy in his original costume (complete with space helmet), I just had to add it to the batch of drawings I was getting from him. My favorite parts of this piece are Rokk's sleeves and the space background but the whole thing is awesome.

If you like this piece then by all means go commission Dave yourself.

Very nice. And the basic design elements of the costume (sans helmet) have lasted until today .
