Description

A little drawing Jon sent us a while back. Some ding-dong on Facebook said recently that Foster had stopped painting traditionally in 2001 and did everything digitally now. Absolutely false. SKYBORN in our collection is from 2005 (as well as his cover for KING KONG that same year) is as traditional an oil painting as they come. Our MR. TUBBS was done sometime around '06. Plus, as an instructor for TAD, he's painting demos for students ALL the time and there are videos of him doing so on-line. So for those wondering: yes, Jon still draws and paints traditionally—AND creates digitally, too.
