Description

Andy Lee might be the most jovial artist you ever meet at a convention. A whirlwind of paint, brushes, and that huge smile. Andy loved the idea of the sketchbook and took to Basil and his Bears with glee. You can see from the results that he enjoyed what he was doing here.
