Description

In honor of the imminent DREDD 3D worldwide movie release I've decided to post a few of my favorite Dredd images from my collection.

From 2000 AD Prog 65, and the classic "Cursed Earth" story, comes this last page image of Dredd proclaiming "THAT IS THE FACE OF JUSTICE". The 2000AD version of Dirty Harry really had some great tag lines.

This piece measures a huge 12" x 15". It's almost the size of a full page of art, yet it was published as a half page. It's incredibly striking in hand.

I'd write 'Awesome' in bigger letters than the good folks above me if I could, but I can't. Says it all, though. The Cursed Earth definitely provided some of my favourite Bolland Dredd moments (and let's face it, there are a lot of great ones to choose from), and this piece is just glorious.

hmmm.... Dredd got worse later on. The face of Justice did not show much mercy to Sov Civilians! Dredd is one of the most villainous heroes ever.
