Description
Delphine Demers is a young artist who primarily does fairies along the lines of Amy Brown. This "Victorian Lady" is a departure for her. I think it is mind-bogglingly gorgeous. When I see this, I immediately think Rene Russo, but on comparing this to actual pictures of Rene, they're not alike at all.
