Description

Here is a great page from Tales of the Unexpected #49, cover dated May 1960. This is page five of the nine-page story, The Alien Wizard , written by Edmond Hamilton with art by Jim Mooney. A really nice page showing Space Ranger and his girlfriend, Myra Mason in action against an evil space wizard. The page also has a couple nice shots of the Solar King, Space Ranger's rocket ship.

Bob Brown did most of the art on Space Ranger, but here was a rare, and gorgeous page by Mooney.
