Why, yes... I do feel lucky. Lucky to have this incredibly detailed drawing join the Common Elements gallery.

Allan Goldman's wizardry with a pencil? That's not luck, that's highly developed skill. And after seeing Allan's recent creations for Damon Owens's Brotherhood theme, and for Michael Finn's One Minute Later gallery, I just had to get me some.

Golden Age heroine Lady Luck makes her second Common Elements appearance here, but Gambit and Jack of Hearts are taking their first bows in this commission theme. I would not be surprised if we saw one or the other of them in another Common Elements tableau some day.

Jack of Hearts...one of my fave 70's heroes. This has so much oing for it, and the detail on the skyline buildings is nuts! COngrats!

How did this one sneak past me? I can't even begin to describe how amazing this is, and the detail is just insane! One of the best Common Elements commissions ever.
