DescriptionGreat DPS featuring the Hulk doing his "Hulk smash" thing. The cover to the issue is a homage to Norman Rockwell's "The Runaway," which appeared on the cover of the Saturday Evening Post, September 20, 1958. (see additional photo) Social/Sharing |

Those inking lines that really make or break JRJR's works are amazin in this one. Just looking at all the individual lines on this piece is enough to impress, and then the movement and depth the team used....Awwwwwesome! Palmer picks up right after Rubenstein's style of inking JRJR, and doesn't disappoint. i love how the piece displays the power of Hulk, and the relation to his audience. It gives us the impression that the final panel is sorta of the Hulk saying, "Ok, these vinyl floors had to go!!! I know these things because I'm the most powerful monster in the universe...."

One of the best JRJR DPS's I've seen. Great energy with a cool lighting effect. I really enjoyed this arc. Congrats!

What linework!
That side panel with Hulk's side-long glance punctuates such an amazing DPS.
Thank you for sharing!
