This particular cel shows Raphael and Michelangelo reacting to the sudden appearance of Shredder, who is pointing a retro-mutagen ray at them. In the next scene he will utter the famous line "Tonight I dine on Turtle soup". The background is a reproduction, but it is scene-correct.
