Description

A George R.R. Martin themed commission from John Harris I ordered a while back... This is the 'Ark' spaceship from Tuf Voyaging... John was kind enough to have it flying over a famous mountain range in Alberta known as the 'Three Sisters'... 28x40 so its going to look pretty impressive hanging in my office... Just in time for Canada Day!

Oils on stretched canvas.

This piece was nominated for the 2017 Chesley Award. :)

Used in the secondary market as the cover of Barry Kirwan's compendium book : The Eden Paradox

This is awesome! Love the atmospherics and the classic Harris touches with the clouds and ship design but with his more recent painterly handling. Very nice!
