Description

Right before I started college in ‘93, I stopped by a comic store in New York. Out of nowhere I come across Joseph Linsner’s Cry for Dawn #5. Does sex sell? You betcha. That was the only issue by Linsner I ever purchased.

Almost three decades later, I decided I wanted to own a Cry for Dawn original art page by Linsner. This painting came across my attention while quickly browsing through Mike Burkey’s website, and the rest is history. Even though Spider-Man was not among the regular crop of comics I read as a teen, I still loved the character and Mary Jane from watching the cartoon back in the day. Back to this painting, it’s hard not fall in love with it. Many thanks again to the Romitaman.
