Description

Another legend that we lost too early. George was a gentle giant who had the best and most natural smile of any comic book artist I ever met. It's not a DC cover, but I'll take this over a lot of the other Teen Titans DC covers he's done. 10x15" image

I LOVED reading Amazing Heroes! This is certainly one of the the most memorable covers of the run. CLASSIC! Congratulations on acquiring such an epic, historic Pérez New Teen Titans piece, Jay, well done!

The short lived baxter paper era team, meaning Perez was about to leave the title in this pivotal moment of his career. He put his lasting statement on these characters in pieces like this.

I loved Perez's fanzine covers as much or in some cases more than his published covers for the big companies. I used to own a color fanzine cover of the Titans by Perez and miss it dearly. Congrats!
