Description

According to the person who sold this to me: NESTOR MALGAPO - One of the best artist during the '70 and '80. His art has been emulated by younger generation comics artists but was never been equal. His most famous works are Ang Huling lalaki ng Balwarte, Ako'y si Urbano. Rehas, Rosenda. Ang buhay na Kamayayan. Ako'y Lupa, Ayaw matulog ng Gabi. Anaconda. Starboy, Batang Bolinao. Perlas ng Silangan, Ikaw ay ako...Ako ay ikaw. and many others.

Oddly enough, I never followed any of these, so I didn't know about this artist, but I am genuinely thrilled with this piece. That guy, man, talk about a winner. He's holding a cool award, in front of a cheering crowd with five really hot women acting like they're ready for a menage a six (the French word for six is six? Huh) with him. Seriously, there are four really nice renderings of the female form there. Nestor really deserved to be brought over to this country to make some real money. If I ever meet him, I'll shake his hand.

This is a cover to some comic, maybe the one beginning with "Ang".
