Description

This is not the first artwork of Sprouse's that I purchased but it is certainly one of my favorites, capturing as it does the sheer joy that I find in so much of his work. There's also the added appeal of its historic significance and of course inks by Karl Story never hurt at all. I have to admit that growing up I was never a fan of the LSH but this series by Tom & Mary Bierbaum, Chris Sprouse, and Karl Story made a believer out of me.

Love Legionaires! Terrific cover for Number 1 by Chris Sprouse and Karl Story. Packed with so many Legionaires on one page! This one's a doozy!
