Description

My only page of original McFarlane Spiderman art. I spent a decent chunk on it, so I wanted to make sure that the frame would do it justice. I searched a long time for just the right New York City skyline poster. So many of them look the same and I wanted one from a different angle. I finally found this one in a small frame store and purchased two of them. I then had both posters glued to black matting and had different portions of the buildings cut out. The artwork, comic book and comic book page were then placed, with the cut out building portions positioned around them. Yet another layer was built on that to create a 3-D type of feel when you look at it. It's not too apparent in the picture, but it works pretty good when you see it in person.
