DescriptionIn August 2007, I emailed Chris Sanders about doing a Vampirella. He was excited but didn't want to do it unless he put his unique stamp on her. I love how these turned out. Sadly, I've been emailing for years hoping he'll finish them or sell these to me, but no response. It's not bad because I didn't pay anything yet, I'm just sad he won't finish these because the final piece will be amazing. If anyone knows Chris, tell him I'm still interested! Update 2013...Chris got back to me and is going to mail me the drawings. How cool is that? Hope to have them in hand soon. Persistence...sometimes you gotta hang on for 6 years!Social/Sharing |

That must be unbelievably frustrating indeed. I think I can empathize so much that it frustrates me too! Hope we'll both get to see the delicious finished piece one day. :-)

Yes, frustrating, but to be clear, I'm not mad at him or anything. Just hope his schedule clears up and he finds time to complete her!

OH, wow!! This is so... "WOW!!". Being both a fan of Chris's and of Wildstorm, I'd love to see his take on Voodoo of the Wildcats. Hope everything works out for you!

Chris got back to me recently and said he will ship the drawings to me shortly. I'm thrilled that someone as busy and high profile as him (he had a little movie called The Croods to work one) is taking the time to do this. Love his style and hope to have these in hand soon!
