SPANISH ARTISTS working for foreign publishers I (classic 70's)
This gallery includes a series of spanish artists which from the 50`s have been working for foreign publishers, mainly through agencies like Toutain's Selecciones Ilustradas, Macavich's Bardon Art or Bruguera's Creaciones Editoriales. Asides from giants like the late Pepe Gonzalez, Victor de la Fuente or Longaron, the list of spanish masters which de facto took over Fleetway, Warren, Bastei, Aredit/Artima and so many others won't cease to amaze us. As David A.Roach called it, it was the spanish invasion ("la invasión española")
