While it's always enjoyable to post a complete book, I have to give credit where credit where is due in posting this one. While I was fortunate enough to procure the cover from collector John Cogan many SDCC's ago, it was Bob Binkley who did all the hard work in pulling the interior pages together. Whether that be auctions or tracking down pages from other collectors, he managed to pull off a very difficult task. He then graciously provided me with the opportunity to put the cover and the pages together to complete the book. Sincere thanks, Bob!
