Superman ‘78 #1 Complete Issue

The Christopher Reeve movies were my introduction to the character and largely why I’ve developed such a passion for the character. When DC first announced this book, I contact Wilfredo the same day and inquired about the art. I knew I had to have it, sight unseen. After months of persistent prodding, he finally agreed to sell me the entire first issue, my first and only complete issue. It reads like a lost Richard Donner movie, what Superman III should have been. The art nails the look and feel of the Donner movies. I can hear the actors voices through Venditti’s dialog and Torres’ portrayal of each actors mannerisms. The costume reveal page you can literally hear the soaring John Williams score. Please enjoy
