When I was starting a new sketchbook, I heard the announcement that Darryl Banks would be a guest at DragonCon 2022. Since Banks had drawn the Green Lantern issue that inspired the phrases "Women in Refrigerators" and "fridging" characters, I decided that the new book's theme would be "Women Out of Refrigerators" or "No Fridging", featuring characters that have gotten killed off in various stories over the years.
