I agree with you on both subjects. So far all the costume redesigns PowerGirl went through seem to have failed, even the new one in the New 52 Worlds Finest. The Red White and blue seem to work for this character.
Its Guy Gardner's brother, Mace Gardner who now has cybernetic body parts calling himself Militia, a sometimes mercenary and sometimes vigilante. LOL, ok, I did not know Guy had a brother before I looked it up.
His name is Fabio Miranda. I have several of his pieces in my collection. Very nice to work with if you are looking for comission as well.
