Kevin is the best and this was a perfect choice of character. It's amazing that he got so much into a 4 inch by 6 inch image area.
Thanks for commenting. The request was for her as a teen so the costume was modified but still looks alluring. Almost a 60s mod vibe.
I had cut down different mediums to the 4 inch by 6 inch size so artists could pick the paper they liked. This paper was chosen by the artist to contrast with the colors he would use for the figure and graphic element.
Part of the charm of the illustration for me is he looks like a teen. I am hoping that other artists will follow the prompt and I get more teen Legionnaires!

I loved this when I saw it on the forum and it is great to see it will have a good home. I loved the contest that John did for other fans to set of the shot with 4 pages of story before this. It was fun to see what other people thought when they looked at the action. Me, I have my own little movie running in my head as to why there is this battle...
Awesome piece! As a kid I thought the Sand People were very mysterious and wanted to know more about them. That is one tough looking Wookie!!! RJ
The scope of the piece captures Kirby's design for a story that is on cosmic level. Just breath taking! I can't wait to see it finished!!!
Amazing as always! Nightwing looks great, Grace looks like she is having fun, while shift looks like he is working out his frustrations! Great fun!!!
Actually, it is Ra's al Ghul's daughter; Talia as she looked during the first season of Batman: the animated series.
Interesting grouping of characters. Is there a story behind the piece or did you just pick them for fun? Either way, it is playful and has a nice sense of movement! Very cool!!!
As much as I love Craig's color work, his black and white pieces blow me away! This is awesome!!!

Sexy and sultry. I love Craig's take on the designs of clothes and jewelry from the ERB Mars books.
As much as I love Craig's color pieces, there is a beautiful simplicity to his line work in pencil pieces. Just amazing!
